红外整流罩位于导弹的最前端,是红外导弹的主要部件之一。根据其工作环境的要求,红外整流罩应具有良好的光、机、热等性能。目前,中波红外导弹的红外整流罩主要采用氟化镁、蓝宝石、尖晶石、ALON和纳米复相陶瓷等材料制造。本文提出了一种高强稀土氧化物稳定的ZrO2纳米红外透明陶瓷整流罩,通过对陶瓷材料的特性进行研究,证明了该种材料可以用于中波红外导弹。同时,采用该种材料完成了红外整流罩样件的研制,并对样件进行了导弹服役环境下的适应性试验和模拟动态抛罩试验,验证了该材料的性能。

Two-dimensional (2D) periodical Au and indium tin oxide (ITO) nanocomposite arrays have been fabricated based on a self-assembled nanosphere lithography technique. A button-shaped Au nanoparticle was formed on each hollow hemisphere-shaped ITO shell. Importantly, the underlying formation mechanism during the thermal treatment has been thoroughly explored by comparing structures resulting from different deposition conditions in detail. Compared to the Au nanoparticle arrays without ITO shells, the Au/ITO nanocomposite arrays showed a stronger localized surface plasmon resonance effect and higher absorption in the near-infrared (NIR) region, benefiting from the free-electron interaction enhancement between Au and ITO. The nonlinear optical properties were investigated using a modified femtosecond intensity-scan system, and the results demonstrated Au/ITO nanocomposite arrays with a remarkable two-photon absorption saturation effect for femtosecond pulses at 1030 nm. The versatile NIR optical responses indicate the great potential of the elaborately prepared 2D periodical Au/ITO nanocomposite arrays in many applications such as solar cells, photocatalysis, and novel nano optoelectronic devices.

提出并验证了一种新型超薄微波超材料吸波器设计。该超材料吸波器由三层金属结构层和两层介质材料层组合而成,并采用两个相同的金属圆环作为双层复合谐振结构单元。该设计与传统的单层谐振结构单元相比,不仅大大减小了吸波器整体结构厚度,而且有效提高了电磁波吸收率。利用有限元电磁模拟对该吸波器内部的空间电磁场及表面电流分布进行仿真与分析,阐述了其电磁吸波物理机理。模拟和实验结果均证实该吸波器具有极化不敏感及宽角度入射稳定特性。该超薄超材料电磁吸波器整体结构简单,占空比低,在电磁屏蔽光窗等领域具有潜在应用。

中波红外玻璃综合了优良的透红外性能、大尺寸制备特性和低成本,是很多重要军用系统的关键窗口材料之一。红外玻璃的高性能、大尺寸化制备面临重要挑战,同时红外技术和光电对抗技术的发展对红外窗口的雷达隐身性能也提出了很高的要求。综述了国内外中红外玻璃研究发展现状,着重介绍了中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所在红外玻璃及其高性能化研究方面的最新进展及前沿应用。

红外玻璃是很多重要军用系统的关键窗口材料之一,红外玻璃的高性能、大尺寸化制备面临重要挑战,同时红外技术和光电对抗技术的发展对红外窗口的雷达隐身性能也提出了很高的要求。阐述了新型红外玻璃的设计思想,基于此发展了一种新型的中红外光学玻璃—氟镓酸盐(FGa)玻璃,并以FGa玻璃为基质,成功研制出新型具有雷达隐身功能的中红外光功能材料。

We investigate the influence of multiple filamentation (MF) on the micromachining in Ag+-doped silicate glass irradiated by a 1-kHz femtosecond laser. The thresholds of MF and color change (CC) are measured for both linearly and circularly polarized laser beams. The results demonstrate that the thresholds of MF and CC are very close. The thresholds of CC and MF for circular polarization increase by ~1.4 times compared with linear polarization. Circular polarization can suppress the number of filaments to some extent compared with linear polarization. However, it is difficult to obtain CC without any filamentation if circular polarization technique is used alone.

The relationship between refractive index profile and structure parameters is investigated. The mechanism of forming uniform fundamental mode in these fibers is analyzed.

Raman scattering experiments for nominally pure and uranium doped CaF2 single crystals were presented. In all crystals, the Raman active T_(2g) vibration mode of CaF2 was observed, whose frequency shift and full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) broadening correspond well with defects and impurities in CaF2 lattice. Additional Raman peaks develop in nominally pure CaF2 with high etch pits density and U^(6+):CaF2 crystals. Part of additional Raman peaks in the experimental results, which are assumed due to vibration modes from F- interstitials and vacancies, are in well agreement with the theoretical predications by employing the Green-function formulation.
